In 2000 James Ellacott received his designation RHI, (Registered Home Inspector), which is the most extensive and highest level of qualification in Canada. President James F. Ellacott qualified as a restoration building inspector while studying for his Architectural Technology Diploma in 1979. Since then, James has inspected buildings and structures in Edmonton, Vancouver, Ottawa and the Arctic Circle. In 1989, he worked with a large corporation on design, inspection and construction of structures in the Arctic. He offers 30 years of progressive responsibility as a senior architectural technologist and project manager of design and construction in the private and public sectors. His experience includes management and design on projects with a construction value of over 13 million dollars. Skills include project management, research, design, contract documents and on-site field coordination of personnel. James has conducted building inspections in Edmonton, Vancouver and Ottawa. He can confidently provide you with a realistic and complete inspection of your property and support your decision-making related to selling, purchasing and construction.
